More sales, on less than half the ad spend
₹10L a month at 1.68x was barely breaking even. Three months later the brand was doing ₹12L a month at 5x, fully prepaid, and making real money for the first time.

The problem
Reawaken Theory was doing ₹10L a month at 1.68x, which after product cost, shipping and everything else meant the brand was barely profitable on a lot of volume. The account was poorly structured. There was no competitor research feeding the product or creative decisions, the creative itself was underperforming, and inventory was not being managed against what the ads were actually pushing.
What we did
- 01
Rebuilt the store to match the price point
AOV was high and the store was prepaid, but the site did not look like it belonged at that price. We rebuilt it to feel premium, which matters more at a high AOV than almost anything else.
- 02
Fixed the creative
Creative was rebuilt around what the account could actually learn from, rather than refreshed in place.
- 03
Managed inventory against the ads
Ad budget stopped going behind products that could not be fulfilled properly, and started going behind what was actually in stock and selling.
- 04
Restructured the account and built proper remarketing
Better structure so campaigns could learn, plus a remarketing setup that captured the traffic already being paid for.
Same brand, less than half the ad spend, profitable for the first time.
