Six disciplines. One system.

Buying media without the creative, conversion and measurement work around it is exactly how brands arrive at a ceiling. We run all of it, or we tell you which part you actually need.

01

Meta Ads

The core of every account. We rebuild the structure from scratch and tighten it up so each campaign gets enough data to actually learn, then put budget where it makes money.

What you get

  • Full account rebuild
  • Campaign and ad set consolidation
  • Continuous creative testing
  • Audience and retargeting structure
  • Weekly budget reallocation
  • Daily monitoring, not weekly check-ins
03

Creative Direction & Production

Most accounts stall because the creative ran out, not because the media buying went wrong. We handle the angles, the briefs and the production.

What you get

  • Monthly creative roadmap
  • AI generated statics and carousels
  • Designed statics and carousels
  • Creative angles and hooks built from your own customer reviews
  • Influencer content, end to end, shortlisting to delivery
  • Trending audio for your category
  • Hooks added to your videos before they go live
04

Shopify Handling & CRO

Traffic is rarely the problem. What happens after the click usually is.

What you get

  • Product page optimisation
  • Collection and catalogue management
  • Mobile speed
  • Trust badges, delivery dates, review modules
  • Banner and campaign page updates
  • Full store builds and redesigns, quoted separately
05

Checkout Handling

The part almost nobody works on, and where Indian D2C brands lose the most money.

What you get

  • Checkout flow setup and cleanup
  • COD to prepaid conversion
  • Order quality and address verification
  • RTO reduction
  • Pincode and risk management
06

Retention

Getting a customer back costs a fraction of finding a new one.

What you get

    07

    Founder Advisory

Direct access to both founders on the decisions above the ad account. Pricing, bundles, launch timing, how much stock to back a campaign with, whether a collection should exist at all.

    What you get

      08

      Live Reporting Dashboard

Your own password protected dashboard, pulling Meta and Shopify data daily. Open it any time instead of asking for a report.

      What you get

      • Daily refreshed Meta and Shopify numbers
      • Blended returns in one place
      • Downloadable monthly PDF
      • Your own private link

Not sure which of these you need?

That is what the audit is for. We look first and recommend second, and quite often the recommendation is smaller than you expect.

      Our 4-step plan

A simple path to smart, scalable growth.

Skipping straight to scale is why most accounts stall twice. Each step exists to make the next one measurable.

      1. 01

        Look at everything

We go through the ad account, the store and the numbers together. You get a list of what we would change, whether or not you sign.

        Week 0

      2. 02

        Fix the base

Account rebuilt. Tracking fixed. Store and checkout cleaned up. Creative pipeline set up. This month is not exciting and it decides whether everything after it works.

        Weeks 1 to 4

      3. 03

        Build the creative engine

A steady flow of new angles every month, built from what your own customers say, tested continuously instead of in big batches.

        Month 2 onward

      4. 04

        Scale

Budget goes where it makes money, not where the dashboard looks best. We add spend once the numbers have earned it.

        Month 3 onward

      0%

Of accounts we take on clear their previous ceiling within two quarters. The ones that do not, we tell you before you sign.

We will be happy to answer. It should take between 1 and 2 working days.

We run performance marketing for D2C brands, mainly Meta and Google, along with the creative, store and checkout work that decides whether the spend actually returns. A growth ceiling is almost never a one channel problem.

D2C brands already spending ₹1L or more a month on ads, where the founder knows their own margins. If you are pre-launch, or if a retainer would be a large chunk of your monthly revenue, we will tell you on the call. That setup does not work for either of us.

No, but that is where we are sharpest. We also run beauty and pharma, and lead generation for manufacturing and accounting firms. We would rather turn down a category we cannot genuinely help than learn on your budget.

Both founders join. We go through your ad account, your numbers and your store, and you leave with a clear list of what we would change, whether or not you work with us afterwards.

Restructuring usually shows up within two to three weeks. Real revenue change normally lands in month two or three, because creative and store work build on each other rather than switching on. Anyone promising month one results is either lucky or lying.

Often the opposite at first. Some of our best results came from cutting spend and removing campaigns competing with each other. We scale budget when the numbers justify it, not to justify our fee.

A dedicated WhatsApp group with your team and both founders, a live dashboard you can open any time, and a weekly call. You will never wait a week to find out something went wrong.

A senior performance marketer runs the campaigns, with a dedicated point of contact for anything you need. Designers, CRO and website people sit behind them. Both founders stay in the account.

No lock-in and no minimum commitment. We would rather earn the next month than trap you in it. Worth knowing that the first two months are foundation work, so judging it before that has settled is not a fair read for either of us.
